*Parent Pass:

• This pass is intended for two dancers who will be sharing childcare responsibilities during the festival and need to divide their time between dancing and childcare.
• Solo parents can team up with each other
• Each person must register separately (1 pass per person)
• The Parent Pass rate will be confirmed after both registrations are received

Passes:

• Full pass includes  6 hours 15 minutes of partner and Solo Blues class and all 5 parties.
• Party pass includes all 5 parties from Wednesday to Sunday and all panel talk.

Add-ons:

1. You can be a Newcomer if:
   • you never got to any final in any blues competitions and if yes, not in the role you competed.
2. If you are doing a "Fever Showcase”, We will contact you in November and will ask you for your team and your music.
   1. In case we have a lot of registrations, There may be a prelims for "Fever Showcase”

Level Beginner/Intermediate: You have had some blues dance classes and are ready to know more about Blues.

Level Intermediate: You have had local classes and maybe one or more international workshops. You can execute the basic movements and steps. You know some variations of basics, and you can choose them depending on the style of music.

Level Advanced:  You travel internationally to festivals and have attended workshops. You have an expanded vocabulary (aesthetics and movements) and have achieved good musicality. You have a high understanding of partnership in dancing.

Level Advanced+: You and Blues have a long story together. You end up going to finals in almost every competition if you enjoy competing. You practice regularly and may teach Blues not only in your scene but also internationally.

At Blues Fever, we want every edition of the festival to offer new opportunities to learn, grow, and connect. That's why we're always looking for ideas that can make your festival experience even better.

This year, we're introducing Themed Classes. A format inspired by our friends at Spoonful, who have successfully used this concept for years. We're excited to bring it to Blues Fever and give you more freedom to shape your own learning experience.

What are themed classes?

Each class focuses on one specific topic or skill. Every class comes with a detailed description explaining what you'll work on, who the class is designed for, and any skills or experience that are recommended beforehand.

This way, you know exactly what to expect and can choose the classes that fit your interests and goals.

Why themed classes?

• Choose your own focus
  • Whether you want to dive deep into a specific technique, improve your solo movement, explore musicality, work on connection, or simply learn from a teacher you've always admired, you decide what your festival journey looks like.
• Choose your level and role for each class
  • You don't have to stay in the same level or dance role throughout the weekend. You can select the level and role that best matches your experience for each individual topic.
• Meet more people
  • Every class is mixed with different participants, giving you the chance to dance with more people throughout the weekend and connect with dancers you might not have met otherwise.
• Build your own schedule
  • Instead of following a fixed timetable, you'll create your own schedule by selecting the five classes that suit you best. It's a flexible format that lets you tailor the weekend to your personal interests and learning goals.

How does it work?

Registration for Blues Fever opens on August 2nd. To take part in the themed classes, you'll first need to register for a Full Pass.

As a Full Pass holder, you'll attend five 75-minute classes (6 hours 15 minutes in total).

In November, we'll publish the complete class schedule, including descriptions and recommended levels. At that point, all registered Full Pass holders will be invited to sign up for their preferred classes and create their own personalized festival schedule.
